These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Hollow Glow online store and to purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We try to describe products and show prices accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. We may correct errors and change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Product use and safety

Follow the included instructions for all products, especially electrical items, costumes and items for children and pets. Supervise children and pets when they use our products.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
