Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Worn costumes can only be returned if they are defective or were sent in the wrong size.

How to start a return

Email support@hollowglowshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Return shipping

For returns that are not due to our error, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post it.
