Shipping policy
Hollow Glow ships orders to customers in the United States and internationally.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times and rates
- United States – Standard Shipping: up to 10 business days after processing. $5.99, or free on orders of $75 or more.
- International Shipping: up to 20 business days after processing. $14.99.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and peak-season volume can extend them.
Halloween orders
For delivery in the United States before October 31, please order by the date shown on the product page. Order-by dates are based on typical delivery times and are not guaranteed. Orders placed after that date may arrive after Halloween.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received it within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@hollowglowshop.com.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@hollowglowshop.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
